Ingredients
1 cup butter, softened
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 cups quick-cooking oats
2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
FUDGE FILLING
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped walnuts

In a bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add
eggs and vanilla; mix well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and
salt; add to the creamed mixture. Spread two-thirds into an

For filling, heat the milk, chocolate chips, butter and salt in a
