Ingredients

  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, halved
  • 1 small apple, chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup lemon pie filling
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  • In a large serving bowl, combine the coleslaw, grapes and apple. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over coleslaw and toss to coat. Chill until serving. Yield: 6 servings.

Nutrition Facts: 2/3 cup equals 291 calories, 23 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 29 mg cholesterol, 285 mg sodium, 20 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 1 g protein.

My husband really liked this. But he is a huge coleslaw fan. The rest of us who do not normally like coleslaw didn't like it. I was hoping that with the fruit the kids would like it but they didn't.
