Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1 frozen banana, quartered
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened frozen raspberries
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Yield: 3-4 servings (3-1/2 cups).

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (1 cup) equals 135 calories, trace fat (trace saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 1 mg sodium, 33 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 1 g protein.
