Fruited Coleslaw Recipe
  • Prep: 10 min. + chilling

Ingredients

  • 2 cups coleslaw mix
  • 1 snack-size cup (4 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped apple
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon poppy seeds

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine the coleslaw mix, oranges and apple. Combine the remaining ingredients; pour over coleslaw mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Yield: 3 servings.

Nutritional Facts 2/3 cup (prepared with reduced-fat mayonnaise) equals 125 calories, 7 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 7 mg cholesterol, 173 mg sodium, 16 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 1 g protein.
