I made it the other night when the temperature was 99 degrees. I wanted something cool and refreshing for a party I was going to. It was very easy to make and it was gone in no time and everyone wanted the recipe, perfect for a summer party. Will definitely make again.

Best fruit dish ever! I didn't have all the ingredients so I used strawberries, mango, and apples, but the original combination sounds delicious too, and I'll definitely try it. Takes a bit of time to cut up all the fruit, but not difficult in the least.

Make sure you cook the tortillas enough. I cooked them for 10 min but it still wasn't enough to make the crispy.

I made this for work, and everyone really liked it. I made a double batch with fresh pineapple instead of canned, used orange and tangerine and threw in some blueberries that I had. It was completely gone by the end of the day. I also made an angel food cake and spooned this on the cake - really good!

this recipe is a little different from the one I tried from the big Taste of Home Cookbook. (That recipe called for onions and peppers.) I've made it like this one, adding cantaloupe but not the lemon juice and sugar. I'm passing this recipe on, so it will be a little different from the one I made, which everybody loved! But I'm sure this one will taste just as good.
