3 to 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1/3 cup plus 2 tablespoons sugar, divided 1 package (1/4 ounce) quick-rise yeast 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup fat-free milk 1/3 cup butter, softened 1/4 cup water 1 egg 1 egg white 1 tablespoon orange juice 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon TOPPING: 1 egg white 1 tablespoon water 2 teaspoons sugar 1/2 cup each 100% apricot and cherry spreadable fruit
In a large mixing bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 1/3 cup sugar, yeast and salt. In a small saucepan, heat the milk, butter and water to 120°-130°. Add to dry ingredients; beat until moistened. Add egg and egg white; beat on medium speed
