When I serve this dessert to company, they often think it has ice cream in it. It does have a smooth texture like an ice cream pie. I've been making this recipe for years - it's a refreshing end to a meal anytime!

I am a chocolate lover, and always looking for new recipes for chocolate We loved this pie in my house. It is a bit rich (that coming from a chocolate lover) but just have a small slice and it works out great.

Delicious, especially if you use real whipped cream.

This pie is so easy to make! I did have too much filling and was thankful that the pie crust I bought came in a pack of two. I ended up having to use both crusts. From now on I'll either buy two crusts or a deep dish crust.
