Fresh Mint Cooler

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mint
- 4 cups boiling water
- Sugar to taste
- Ice cubes
- Lemon or lime slices and additional mint, optional
Directions
- Place mint in a large bowl; pour water over mint; let stand for 2
- hours.
- Strain mint mixture; discard mint. Fill chilled glasses with ice; add
- mint mixture and sugar. Garnish with lemon or lime slices and mint
- if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
