Fresh Mint Cooler Recipe
  • Prep: 10 min. + standing

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh mint
  • 4 cups boiling water
  • Sugar to taste
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon or lime slices and additional mint, optional

Directions

  • Place mint in a large bowl; pour water over mint; let stand for 2 hours.
  • Strain mint mixture; discard mint. Fill chilled glasses with ice; add mint mixture and sugar. Garnish with lemon or lime slices and mint if desired. Yield: 4 servings.
