Ingredients

  • 8 ounces whole milk french vanilla yogurt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/8 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries

Directions

  • In small bowl, stir yogurt, applesauce, and cinnamon until combined.
  • To serve, spear fruit with decorative toothpicks and dip into yogurt mixture.
