Ingredients

  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 lb blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoons coarsely ground black pepper
  • Pinch garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup low fat buttermilk

Directions

  • In medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, blue cheese, balsamic vinegar, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Gradually blend in buttermilk.
  • Cover and chill until ready to serve.
