Four-Cheese Baked Ziti Recipe

Four-Cheese Baked Ziti Recipe Four-Cheese Baked Ziti Recipe photo by Taste of Home Rating 4

This pasta dish, made with Alfredo sauce, is deliciously different from typical tomato-based recipes. Extra cheesy, it goes together quickly and is always popular at potlucks. —Lisa Varner, El Paso, Texas

Made this for the family this weekend and everyone really enjoyed it. I choose to use egg beaters, fat free sour cream and part skim ricotta. In fact, I may cut back on the ricotta next time I make it. I also cut up cooked chicken and added to the pasta. Thanks for the recipe!

This is so good. I love the grown up version of mac and cheese. I also added grilled chicken, green onions, and bacon pieces just to give my hubby some protein in it. It was so good, my kids couldn't stop eating it.

This turned out even better than i expected it to! I had planned on making this for an extended family dinner with a vegetarian in mind and when I found out that afternoon she wouldn't be able to make it, i decided to add chicken! It was delicious. I added about 2 cups cooked shredded chicken in with noodle-alfredo mixture. I also did not have fresh parsley so I used dried and added alittle pepper and instead of refrigerator sauce I used one jar of sauce that you get in the spaghetti aisle. It was a hit!

The fat content has to be astronomical. That is a huge amount of cheese - and very little else.

Very very good! I think i will add a little more alfredo sauce next time because it was leaning towards the dry side. Trishaloo, i had the same problem with my leftovers but i added more alfredo sauce and then it reheated just fine. Also next time im going to add broccoli :)

I made this but used all low-fat where I could. This is a new family favorite. I added broccoli and some left over chicken - so it was awesome. Didn't have much for left overs

We added frozen peas and carrots to ours. It turned out perfectly and we will definitely be making this again!

Two thumbs up! Can vary by adding meat sauce to layers.

Made this for dinner tonight! It's delicious, fairly easy but quite rich. Will definitely make again but will have as a side dish. Hubby praised it with every mouthful!

I made this recipe yesterday, it was excellent! My husband was not sure about it at first, but loved it. I will be making this again.

I thought it sounded like it would be sickening but it turned out to be fantastic! My boyfriend is always asking for me to make it. Only negative is that it doesn't reheat well.

This does look good, but what is the total fat in this dish. What is the % of saturated fat.
