Fluffy Hot Chocolate Recipe

Melted marshmallows provide the frothy texture that you'll savor in this sweet and speedy warm beverage. They're also what makes this hot chocolate different from (and better than) the instant kind you make from a store-bought mix. Chocolaty and comforting, it's our daughter's favorite.

This was very pleasant! I think next time I will add more cocoa to boost the chocolate flavor.

This was a great start for me to create my perfect cocoa. I couldn't give it 5 stars because I ended up changing quite a bit. But the idea of melting the marshmallows into the cocoa was great, and for that, 4 stars! Thanks!

Having this right now and it is delicious! I've tried other recipes but like this one the best so far. The melted marshmallows provide a nice little foam on the top that makes you lick it off your lips while enjoying the chocolaty warmth!

Our family has enjoyed this recipe for over 10 years. It's become a tradition at Christmas while we watch our favorite Christmas special on TV.

My kids loved the hot chocolate recipe. They have asked me to not buy the store kind again. I am a health nut person so I used raw sugar and I substituted light cool whip for the marshmallows. It turned out great. Love it!!!
