Good cookies! The second batch I made, cut the sugar by 1/3 c. Still tasted great.

The first thing I learned to bake as a child was Peanut butter cookies. The recipe is similar and also just 3 ingredients. It's 1 cup peanut butter (smooth or crunchy), 1 cup sugar and 1 egg. That's it! Same temp and time.
