This recipe is one of our family favorites! This freezes well- just place wax paper on a cookie sheet and place your rounded balls close, but not touching, onto the sheet; place in freezer. Once frozen, stick in a freezer bag and you have fresh cookies anytime you want! To bake- place cookies on cookie sheet and into the oven, THEN pre-heat the oven (yes, with the cookies inside!). Once the oven preheats set the timer for about 8-10 mins. and bake as usual!

FANTASTIC cookies! I love that they taste different with every bite you take due to the different chips in them. What an awesome cookie. All my co workers who tried them had an argument of what was in them and I told them they were all right and they were stunned. But they LOVED them as well! Definitely a keeper! Thank you!

I love this recipe!!! I enjoy baking for those that I love but found myself wanting to eat them just as much. I double up on the butterscotch & semi chocolate because that's what I had to use but the turned out amazing!!

This is a great cookie, and a fun recipe to play with! We experiment with different flavors of chips and adjust the amounts of them to change the flavor. It's also nice to be able to just throw in whatever chips we have on hand to use them up, like a soup recipe. We all love them!

Overall, its a great tasting cookie with good texture. I would like more oatmeal in my cookie. I used double chocolate chips and left out the butterscotch. The neighbors loved them! YUM.

Easy to make, even with kiddos helping! Hubby said, "now that's how cookies should be!" Be sure to remove from the oven just as they are starting to brown. The outside will be crunchy and the inside warm and gooey. Delicious!
