Whenever I serve these make-ahead appetizers, they disappear fast. When a friend at the office shared them with me, I knew in one bite I'd be bringing her recipe home for the holidays.

These are very good and easy to make! I only got 6 tortillas though and not 8 following the instructions to spread 1/2 cup on each tortilla. The only thing I changed was I used jalapeno cheddar tortillas instead of plain flour tortillas. This added very good flavor. Will make again.

I made this Christmas Eve to take to a party on Christmas Day. I used red & green flour tortillas to add color to my platter. It looked beautiful. But more importantly, it was a huge hit! Although the recipe made quite a bit, I should have made a double batch as they went so fast!!! This is definitely a keeper!

I have made these for our" Family Christmas Day Appetizer Blow Out" in 2008 and 2009. I have been asked to bring them again this year, 2010. They are a HIT and the first thing to disappear.

These are great, and easy and inexpensive to make. They are good without the salsa, but better with it.

These are VERY good and have lots of flavor. Rolling them is a pain and ocourse, when you slice them there is waste on either end. All in all, worth the effort for a party.
