Feta Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2-1/2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
- 4 to 6 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 package (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Place the potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan; cover with water.
- Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; cover and cook
- for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
- Drain and transfer to a large bowl; mash. Add the cheese, cream, salt
- and pepper; beat until fluffy. Yield: 6 servings.
