Whole wheat noodles and zucchini pump up nutrition in this delicious, family-friendly dinner. Topped with dollops of ricotta cheese, it has an extra touch of decadence. No one will believe this one’s lighter. —Lorie Miner, Kamas, Utah

My husband & my very picky nephew loved it! For an 8 year old to ask for the recipe, it must be good! ;-)

Sorry to have to disagree w/ everybody. This recipe was awful. I ended up throwing everything out. I think the problem was the "uncooked" noodles. If I were to make this ever again, I would cook my noodles. The noodles never cooked properly, tasting gummy. Maybe it was the brand of noodles. I don't know. Usually I have great success with the Taste of Home recipes. This one, not quite.

This is a great recipe. My husband always gets nervous when he asks what's for supper and I say I'm trying something new. He really liked this one. Very easy and tasty. The BEST part is that with this "lasagna", I don't have to eat it all week. The leftovers (not many) were even better. Thanks for sharing.

This was VERY tasty! I added more of the turkey sausage as my package contained 1 lb and we like it heartier. Flavor was great ... Very quick and easy to prepare ... a great weekday dinner. Bonus is the low calorie count and healthy ingredients.

I made this for dinner last night after receiving it from the "recipe of the day" email. I never make lasanga because it is so time consuming. This was fantastic! I will definitely be making this again and again!

I used ground turkey instead of sausage and it was delicious. I also grated the zucchini to make it a little less noticable to my 7 year old.Definitely going to make this again!
