This recipe was really easy and really yummy. I agree with the person who wanted "more" and I'll probably add more spices, like black pepper, chipotle, red pepper, etc...next time. I did use Cilantro instead of parsley and I think that made it a little more flavorful. After draining, you could use the juices to make a gravy, I suppose; might be good!

For some reason it just seemed too plain and I even added a green pepper to it. Not bad just not very flavorful.

I have looked for years for a really good meat loaf recipe. This is it! The best meat loaf I have ever made. It is wonderful.
