No one will ever suspect that this creamy party classic is lower in fat than the much loved original. The combination of artichoke hearts, spinach and Parmesan cheese gives it great flavor. —Michelle Wentz of Fort Polk, Louisiana

This was a big hit! I used light cream cheese instead of the fat free. I might use 2 tins of artichokes in the future and maybe use 1/2 cheddar and 1/2 Parmesan to up the taste a bit, but very yummy. A great low calorie snack.

Made this for my family's Christmas get together and it was a hit! I'll keep this recipe to make again. We ate it with the 2 sided crackers....the ones with pretzel on one side and cracker on the other. Also good with wheat thins.

I didnt really like this at all. Didnt taste like any of the spinach artichoke dips I've had before. I ended up not even serving it and just threw it away.

I was given this recipe by a friend in Louisiana, and brought it back to TX with me. Now I cannot attend a function without bringing it, or I am in BIG TROUBLE!! The only difference is that I saute a couple of minced pods of fresh garlic with the onion. Yummy and lite compared to most.
