Favorite French Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 3/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Salad greens and fresh vegetables of your choice

Directions

  • Place the first 10 ingredients on a blender; cover and process until smooth and creamy. Serve with salad. Store in the refrigerator. Yield: 3-1/4 cups.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 95 calories, 6 g fat (1 g saturated fat), 0 cholesterol, 162 mg sodium, 10 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.
