Being a vegeterian, it's not always easy to find recipes that I can modify to use. Bingo - this was one. I use a product called Smart Ground (a soy-based "hamburger" type meat which I substituted for the ground beef. Everything else was as the recipe called for and it was wonderful. This reduces the fat grams to about 2 per serving..

My husband thought it was tolerable but not a repeat recipe, I thought it was disgusting. It doesn't taste like a cheeseburger at all.

This was a hit! I really did not think I would like it, but went back for seconds. I too used sweet relish because that is what I had, but it worked. We did not think the mustard was overpowering at all. This has become part of our regular rotation.

This was pretty good. I doubled the recipe and I used 2lbs of ground beef. Next time I will use the recipe amount. I also used garden penne which was pretty. The mustard was almost overwhelming, I will cut that back next time.

This was pretty good and SO QUICK and EASY to make!!! I used sweet relish and thought that tasted great, I don't think after using the sweet relish I would use a dill relish.

This was a great weeknight meal! Quick, easy, and good! I ommitted the onion and relish, and added a little extra ketchup. Will definitely be making again.

Very good and easy to make. Will cut down on mustard just a bit next time.

This recipe tasted just like a cheeseburger! My sons (picky) actually liked this recipe and so did my fiance. Recipe was super easy to make, and I also cut the mustard in half, and used sweet relish instead of dill. I paired the recipe with potatoes for the kids ... will definitely make again!
