We made this using just chicken and it was really tasty. Next time we will add a little more chili powder, but otherwise, my family loved it!

I do not like pineapple in my fajitas either, but I live in California and in the Mexican markets out here the pre-made fajitas do come with pineapple, so I make my own!

Pineapple and soy sauce do NOT belong in fajitas (or did this come from the Hawaiian part of Mexico?)
