This cheesecake was awesome and very easy to make. I followed the recipe without substituting anything. Without a doubt I will make it again. In response to the review about the recipe not mentioning to melt the chocolate chips first, those instructions are definitely in the recipe.

Oh my gosh, this was one of the most amazing cheesecakes I have ever made. For the crust I replaced the vanilla wafers and cocoa with chocolate animal crackers. My husband is not big on desserts but when I asked if I should give some to the neighbors he would only allow them a taste! Wonderful!

I have never made a cheesecake, but this was so easy. I used a store bought chocolate graham cracker crust and then followed the directions for the filling. It turned out great. I am planning on trying different flavored chips such as butterscotch and peanut butter.

Chocolate chips didn't melt and there was nothing in the directions about melting first. Oh well...still tasted great!
