I first made this for a family reunion, and now it's always requested for our family gatherings. The sweet and tangy lemonade-pudding coating goes well with any fruit, so feel free to substitute your favorites. —Rhonda Eads, Jasper, Indiana

Very nice! I used banana pudding instead of vanilla and used the fruit I had on hand....watermelon, strawberries, apple, canned peaches and mandarin oranges.

Great recipe! The vanilla pudding and lemonade dressing is nice twist. I used two different sized melon ballers to scoop out the melons for added visual interest.

My Mom gave me this same recipe many, many years ago. The only difference is that instead of frozen lemonade concentrate, she used orange frozen concentrate. So try that too. It works just as well.
