I get great reviews every time I serve this even from my father who usually doesn't like Mexican food. My husband and I have two children and I enjoy cooking, cross-stitching and painting.

My family liked it. I used a second can of enchilada sauce and dipped my tortillas in it before I layered them and I also mixed black beans in with the corn.

REALLY GREAT! I use 2.5lbs of mea, 3 cans enchilada sauce, whole jar salsa, & added black beans, also top with sour cream. Whole family enjoyed even my picky eater wanted thirds. Fun recipe to play with easy to make. Definitely will make again.

It's good. I always leave out the corn and add black olives and onions. I used different cheeses as well.

This was very good. I didn't use the corn though. Also I used more meat. Will definitely make again

I liked it and 2 of 3 kids liked it. My picky eater hated it and the hubby hates corn so he didn't eat much. STILL GOOD!

Quick, easy and my teen boys liked it. An easy recipe for my 21 year old son to make. He asked to take the recipe back to college with him.

We did not like this it just was not all that great all around. There was not enough filling to layer top and bottom so I put in the middle and just put a ton of cheese on the top. My husband asked me not to make this any more.

We've made this casserole probably fifteen times since I saw it. It's easy. It's delicious. We experiment with the ingredients. We've added sliced black olives, diced tomatoes, diced onion, and we're continuing to experiment. It's delicious!
