My batch was gone before I had a chance to frost them. Huge hit with my family, even husband who does not eat bananas.

What caught my eye was the mayo, no eggs, and the name! My issue is the frosting which slides off after a day and drenches the cupcake liners and plate with excess moisture. Perhaps it's my error. I might try them again with a cream cheese frosting.

Made these for a party once and have gotten multiple requests for them since - everyone loves them! (Even my husband, who doesn't usually like banana.) I usually use a little extra PB in the frosting - comes out more like a glaze.

I had to make these just because of the name. They are yummy! Instead of a chocolate kiss in the middle, I subbed a miniature peanut butter cup. Fun and tasty!
