My mother used to make these all the time for my family, so I'm just carrying on the tradition. They're quick to put together, and while they're in the oven I go get ready for the day. My children loved them, even when they were toddlers. —Lisa Walder, Urbana, Illinois

Even my picky eaters likes this. I used ham and shredded cheddar cheese. I didn't have the cheese slices on hand. Will definitely make these again.

I also used ham. I did beat the eggs first and poured them into the cups. They turned out great! Everybody loved them!

We LOVED them! I prefer ham so made some of both. My husband liked both. He and my 16 year old son fought over the last one! Thanks

I also tried it with ham. Next time I am going to try scrambled eggs w/ shredded cheese in the cups.

I was listening to the radio the other day and the DJ was talking about a breakfast sandwich, it is the same except you line the muffin tin with ham then the egg then bake, top with cheese last few minutes then empty them out on to a english muffin for a breakfast sandwich. I have not tried it but sounds good and easy.

PERFECT! I just served this to hunting company and they loved it! I enjoyed how quick and easy it was to make. I served it with ham instead of beef but we talked about using turkey or chicken too. Thanks for the recipeDeb Burton Irwin, IA
