I made this recipe for thanksgiving. I ended up having to make it again that week because EVERYONE that tried it loved it. It turned out very creamy and smooth. I cooked it a little bit longer than it said and I used deep pie crusts. I will most definitely be making this again!

I have been making this pie for the past four years for my family on Thanksgiving, it's the best pumpkin we've ever had by far! We absolutely love it and I will continue to make it every year!!!

I found this recipe several years ago and would NEVER use any other recipe. It is the best pie ever!!!

Also, if you don't like a deep pie, divide the mixture into 2 regular pie shells but add a little extra eggnog (1/4 cup).
This is the ONLY pie my 7 year old will eat. We made it 4 times last year and he became so obsessed with it that I told him if remembered the recipe he could make it himself except for the oven part. He had it memorized in 10 minutes. This will forever be on our holiday baking list!!! *I will definitely have to try the flavored eggnog this year.*

Easy, creamy, and completely got done in time stated. Baked on lower shelf of oven to crisp the crust and baked on cookie sheet preheated in oven.

I have made this several times (twice this Thanksgiving!) I increased the eggnog to give just a bit more flavor. Everyone raves. Definately will make it many many more times!!

Easy, and I loved it. Have very traditional pie eaters at my house who wouldn't touch it (big babies), but just different enough.

I've been making this pumpkin pie for several years now, and I am just getting around to rating it. This pie is SO EASY to make and really tasty. I make it primarily because people always want pumpkin pie on Thanksgiving, and this one is so easy. I usually try to use one of the flavored eggnogs instead of just the regular - I find that it adds a little extra flavor. This year I used cinnamon eggnog; last year, I used sugar cookie eggnog.

i made this one for thanksgiving i was amongst the few to try it and while im not impressed i think it was mostly the strange texture or the unfamiliar taste i would strongly suggest not to try it. It was very differant and it was mostly just blah however im going to get the certified chef in my family to try it and tell me what its missing and will repost about it later today

Thbis was an interesting pie. I didn't have pumpkin pie spice,so used cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and a little cloves. I think; however, I prefer my usual recipe (which was my Mom's and the greatest pumpkin pie ever made).

This is my "go-to" recipe for pumpkin pie. Easy and delicious. I'm actually making 2 tonight for my husband to bring to work.

This is the BEST pumpkin pie I've ever had without exception. I use to prefer a butterscotch pumpkin pie that is also good, but this is better and easier! I make it in a graham cracker crust though since I prefer that.

I love this recipe; wouldn't go back to any other. We found it very flavorful...it fit in my regular 9-inch pie shell.
