I made this for Christmas....it was soooo good! I added 1 T. bacardi rum to it.

This was delicious and so easy. We did use lite cream cheese/sour cream/whipped topping. We exchanged the crust for a shortbread cookie crust. It has a great eggnog flavor even with such a small amount of eggnog.

I used a pumpkin flavored eggnog instead of the pumpkin pie spice. Everyone loved it! Would definitely make it again.

I made my graham cracker crust and used a 9x13 pan for a potluck. I accidentally used granulated sugar and 1 T of pumpkin pie spice and it still turned out great. I am making it again this weekend for my family christmas.

Has anyone tried to make this with homemade eggnog (with liquor)?

Yummy! We used reduced fat/lite cream cheese, eggnog, sour cream, & whipped topping and it tasted delicious!

it came out really good and i had 2 people ask me to send them the recipe. i liked making it because it was super easy and cheap, and something different (rather than the usual pumpkin or pecan or apple). i put a third cup eggnog, but im sure it still wouldve been really eggnoggy with just a quarter cup.
