THIS IS an old recipe that has been passed down in our family through my sister-in-law. When I was a child, she did most of the cooking in our house, and this was my favorite meal. DELICIOUS! I was amazed how healthy and delicious this meal was. great for a regular dinner, or for company. just make sure you double or triple the recipe so you have enough servings for your family. DEFINATELY MAKE THIS!!!
