Great icing. I even spread it onto the cookies with a knife. I used it because I wanted to be able to stack the cookies and ship them.

Meringue powder is a egg white substitute that can be found in most craft stores in the cake decorating isle and I have also found it in party stores and even Walmart.

meringue powder comes in a can made by Wilton and you can usually find it in the cake decorating isle at craft stores, although I have found it at party stores and even Walmart. According to the can it states it is used like an egg white substitute. When you beat it up with water when I use it for frosting, it beats up very lightly and frothy.
