Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 10 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature
  • 1 pound thinly sliced cooked roast beef
  • 10 large lettuce leaves
  • Additional salsa

Directions

  • Combine sour cream, mayonnaise and salsa; spread over tortillas. Top with roast beef and lettuce. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks; cut in half. Serve with salsa. Yield: 10 servings.

Maybe it's because I'm an Anglo and don't know anything about tortillas, but when I made these for a church function, the tortillas all broke as I rolled them up. I didn't have time to make something else, so I took them anyway, expecting to bring most of them back. Lo and behold, they were all eaten up! The rest of the ingredients were very tasty, but I still need to solve the tortilla problem. Maybe I'll just use spongy white bread with the crusts cut off and rolled out a little, then filled and rolled.
