This is a great recipe. I made the cookies using a 1 1/4 in scoop to make the balls and didn't flatten them. They came out fine.

its easy to make and i substituted raw sugar for the regualar sugar, also added a few chocolate chips yummy.

I made a recipe similar to this. It called for baking soda,not vanilla and chopped peanuts. Cool the cookies, then add melted choc. chips and chopped nuts. GLUTEN FREE

I've made these and it's really is the 3 ingredients...amazed me too but they are really, really good. I'm going to add chopped peanuts to my next batch.
