This recipe was quick, easy and tasty. I?m defiantly going to put this into my favorites for weeknight meals. The only changes I made was that I didn?t have seasoned bread crumbs so I just added some Italian seasoning to my plain ones and it was delicious. Perfect recipe for the busy mom :)
