Easy Cheesecake Pie Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 carton (24.3 ounces) ready-to-serve cheesecake filling
  • 1-1/2 cups coarsely crushed cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (about 12 cookies), divided
  • 1 chocolate crumb crust (9 inches)

Directions

  • In a large bowl, combine cheesecake filling and 1-1/4 cups cookie crumbs. Spoon into crust; sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Chill until serving. Yield: 8 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 piece equals 443 calories, 28 g fat (14 g saturated fat), 80 mg cholesterol, 492 mg sodium, 43 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 6 g protein.

Here's the thing. This is exactly like Jello Oreo cheescake pie!! It comes with the filling and a bag of the oreo pieces. All you have to do is add milk!! The only difference is you don't have a crust...but it is really good and you don't have to buy all the individual ingredients.

Been doing this for a while now...I sometimes spread a thin layer of hot fudge sauce in the bottom of the crust before adding the combined cheesecake filling and Oreos. Also, start with mini Oreos - put them in a zipper bag and crush by hand. Even easier!
