100% would make again

This is my favorite "penny pincher" skillet supper. Sweet red peppers add color and flavor to this main dish, but when I'm watching our budget, I use less expensive green peppers. —Jorie Welch of Acworth, Georgia

How did we get 867 mg of sodium out of this? There is no salt in the recipe. Is 1/4 cup of chicken broth (reduced sodium)doing that? Oh, I see one cup of ketchup. Let's do 1/2 c ketchup and 1/2 cup no sodium tomato sauce. Or dilute even more, if you should. Look at every recipe you think looks good and think of ways to remedy it to you healthful recipe according to your personal needs. Thanks for all your great ideas.
