This recipe is an easy way to add more healthy fish to your diet. It has a wonderful Cajun flavor and is also very fresh tasting with the lemon slices.Caroline Shively c/o Eva Synalovski, New York, New York

Very good! I did add a little breadcrumbs and cheddar cheese to the fish as well as some seafood seasoning.

I thought this was good, but I messed up a bit. I didn't cover it before baking, then realized my mistake 20 minutes into baking. I also altered it a little bit because we don't care for much spice. Instead I used dried thyme and parsley. My husband thought it was too lemony, my son and I both thought it would use a bit more. I will make this again and see if covering it with foil the whole baking time makes any difference.
