Easy Baked Salmon Recipe

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces salmon steaks, 4 - 2-1/2 ounces. steaks,
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons dried dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoons chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper

Directions

  • Rinse the steaks well in cold water and then pat them dry with paper towels.
  • After placing the steaks in a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray, brush the steak with lemon juice.
  • Sprinkle them evenly with the dillweed, parsley, and pepper.
  • Bake for roughly 25 to 30 minutes at 375 degrees F, or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
