Easter Nest Coffee Cake

The first time I made this clever coffee cake for family and friends, it was a huge hit. Our kids usually eat an "egg" and then a slice of the "nest"!

Ingredients
- 3-3/4 to 4-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package (1/4 ounce) active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 1 egg
- GLAZE:
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 to 3 tablespoons milk
- Assorted colored sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon water
- 3 drops green food coloring
- 1 cup flaked coconut

- In a large bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, yeast and salt. In a
- saucepan, heat the milk, water and butter to 120°-130°. Add
- to dry ingredients; beat until blended. Add egg and 1/2 cup flour;
- beat until smooth. Stir in enough remaining flour to form a soft
