You may never go back to "plain" potato salad once you've tried this recipeI haven't! Dublin Potato Salad goes great with lots of different foods as a side dish. But it's also hearty enough to be a meal in itself. When there's time, I prepare it ahead and let the flavors blend. —Kathy Scott, Lingle, Wyoming

Did not make, just read the recipe. Sounds nasty with cabbage and corned beef. Not like mother used to make.

Dear hearts,There is such a thing as canned corned beef because I use it all the time. And when potato is plural it is spelled potatoes. Haven't tried this recipe, but it sounds like a winner and can't wait to try it.

I haven't made this recipe yet, but are they referring to SPAM?? I've never heard of canned corned beef?? What is the purpose of putting meat in a potato salad? The rest of the recipe sounds really good!!!

This recipe is excellant. The crunch of the cabbage works great. My family really enjoyed it and want it to the top of my potato salad dishes
