Double-Berry Smoothies Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
  • 1/2 cup 2% milk
  • 1/3 cup blackberry creme yogurt
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process for 1-2 minutes or until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately. Yield: 2 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 cup equals 79 calories, 1 g fat (trace saturated fat), 2 mg cholesterol, 56 mg sodium, 15 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 5 g protein. Diabetic Exchange: 1 fruit.
