Shred and Freeze CheeseIt’s usually cheaper to buy cheese in blocks than in shredded form. So I purchase large quantities of cheddar, Monterey Jack and mozzarella, then shred them myself in my food processor. Very yummy!!! :P I did brush them twice with the dill butter for a little more flavor but aside from that I made them exactly as recipie states. These will go well for that little added something at family dinners.

These were very good. Next time I'll use butter instead of shortening for better flavor.
