This is, by far, my most requested recipe. In addition to the traditional grapes, this chicken salad also features sweet apricots.—Raymond Sienko, Hawleyville, Connecticut

New Use for Ice Cream Cones

Have picky eaters at your house? Try serving chicken, egg or tuna salad in an ice cream cone instead of between bread. Kids love this crunchy lunch that resembles dessert. —Suzanne M., Lyons, Georgia

I've been making this chicken salad recipe for years. It's delicious, easy to make, and can be prepared in advance. The grapes, dried apricots, and honey give it a nice sweet taste.

One of my favorite recipes. I love to make this for special lunches with friends. The rosemary muffins are awesome too.
