Deviled Steak Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 cup whole grain bread crumbs, toasted
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley, minced
  • 21/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoons paprika
  • 2 lb lean top sirloin steak

Directions

  • Mix together the breadcrumbs and parsley in a shallow dish large enough to hold the steak.
  • Combine the mustard, lemon juice, pepper, and paprika in a small bowl.
  • Pat the steak dry with paper towels, and brush all over with some of the mustard mixture.
  • Grill or broil until done to taste.
  • Brush steak with the remaining mustard mixture. Place the steak in the breadcrumb mixture, flipping to coat both sides. Serve.
