These are very good. For some reason they didn't get hard they stayed very soft and gewy. We loved them though.

I made these for Garbage Day (Potluck) at work, in addition to the Orange flavored. I also made Mint, Raspberry and Strawberry flavored. They were a big hit.

I could not mix the ingredients enough to give the truffle enough to get a creamy texture.
