My husband, Joe, and I farmed for 40 years before retiring, and this recipe is one of our family's favorites. With the cheddar and cream cheeses, this pie is very appropriate coming from "America's Dairyland".

The crust and the topping is great! The filling is okay and my apples were too crisp. Would definitely not make this again.
