Curry Coleslaw Recipe
  • Prep: 10 min. + chilling
  • Yield: 6-8 Servings

Ingredients

  • 8 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled

Directions

  • Place cabbage in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, salt, curry and pepper. Pour over cabbage and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate. Sprinkle with bacon just before serving. Yield: 6-8 servings.

Nutritional Facts 1 serving (1 cup) equals 194 calories, 16 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 9 mg cholesterol, 458 mg sodium, 11 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 2 g protein.
