Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 to 4 drops hot pepper sauce
  • Assorted fresh vegetables

Directions

  • In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve with vegetables. Yield: 1-2/3 cups.

Nutrition Facts: 1 serving (2 tablespoons) equals 184 calories, 19 g fat (3 g saturated fat), 9 mg cholesterol, 154 mg sodium, 3 g carbohydrate, trace fiber, trace protein.
