Curried Shrimp and Apples

Apples and shrimp, seasoned with curry powder, combine beautifully in this appealing main dish. Sometimes I make it with chicken instead of the shrimp. —Lynda Mack, Neptune Beach, Florida4 ServingsPrep/Total Time: 30 min.
